This policy explains how Hi-nect Mail Assistant handles Google account data. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Data accessed and purpose

With the account holder’s consent, the inquiry-reading component requests Gmail read-only access. This permission can read messages in the authorized mailbox. The workflow uses it to examine relevant website inquiry notifications, including message headers and body text needed to understand the inquiry. It does not download attachments or follow links in messages. This component cannot send, change, or delete Gmail messages.

Processing and sharing

Relevant message content may be processed in an OpenAI Codex conversation to prepare internal inquiry analysis and reply suggestions. A review packet may be sent to the designated company reviewer through a separately authorized email-sending component. Suggestions require human review; the read-only component does not send replies to customers. Google account data is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and control

Authorization tokens and operational records are stored on the authorized user’s device. Redacted customer history may be kept in the company’s internal knowledge base. Local records remain until the account holder removes them; there is no automatic fixed deletion period. The account holder can revoke Google access at any time. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase records already stored locally.
